Spectate Live — Child Safety & CSAM Prevention Standards

Spectate Live is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, or grooming behavior of any kind.

1. Age Restriction
   Spectate Live is strictly intended for users 18 years of age or older. Users are required to confirm their age before accessing platform features. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be permanently removed.
   
   

2. Prohibited Content
   The following is strictly prohibited:
   
   

• Any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
  
  

• Sexual exploitation or grooming behavior
  
  

• Attempts to solicit minors
  
  

• Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM
  
  

3. Reporting & Moderation
   Spectate Live provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to immediately flag inappropriate content or behavior. Reports are reviewed promptly. Content that violates our policies is removed and the associated account may be suspended or permanently banned.
   
   

4. Law Enforcement Cooperation
   Spectate Live cooperates fully with applicable law enforcement authorities. If credible evidence of CSAM or exploitation is identified, we will report it to the appropriate authorities and comply with legal obligations.
   
   

5. Account Enforcement
   Violations of child safety policies result in immediate removal of content and permanent account termination. Repeat offenders and serious violations are permanently banned.
